How to Add a New Payment Plan

  1. Navigate to Payment Plans: From the Side Navigation Bar, click on "Payment Plans".

  1. Add New Payment Plan: Under the Active Payment Plans tab, locate and click on the "Add New Payment Plan" button.

  1. Enter Payment Plan Data: Enter the required information and details for the new payment plan.

  1. Continue: Once the payment plan information has been entered, click on the "Continue" button.

  1. Assign Payment Plan: Assign the new payment plan to a team or player by clicking on "Assign Team" or "Assign Player". Note: If you do not yet know which teams or players to assign the payment plan to, you can simply click the "Add Plan" button.

  1. Select Teams and/or Players: Once the relevant drop-down appears, select the teams and/or players you wish to assign the new payment plan to by checking the corresponding boxes.

  1. Choose Assign Plan: Once you've chosen the teams/players to assign the plan to, simply click on the "Assign Teams" or the "Assign Players" button.

  1. Add Plan: Add the new payment plan by clicking the "Add Plan" button.

  1. Confirmation: The new payment plan is now in the system with the associated teams or players you chose to add.
