Navigate to Players: From the Side Navigation Bar, click on "Players".
Select Player: Locate and click on the name of the relevant player. Use the Search Bar for quick access if necessary.
Select Transactions: Click on the "Transactions" tab to open a list of the player's transactions.
Locate Transaction: Locate the transaction you wish to refund and click the three dots ellipses at the end of the transaction row to expand options. Note: Use the Search Bar to locate a specific transaction if necessary.
Issue Refund: From the expanded ellipses options, click on "Issue Refund".
Review Refund: Review and verify the transaction refund in the pop up window. If ok, click the "Confirm" button.
Confirmation: The transaction has been refunded to the player's affiliated payment card.
