How to Update a Player's Payment Card
- Navigate to Players: From the Side Navigation Bar, click on "Players".

- Select Player: Locate and click on the player's name. Use the Search Bar for quick access if needed.

- Select Transactions: Click on the "Transactions" tab.

- Expand Transactions: Locate a transaction that used a Card (noted under the Card # column) and click on the three dots at the end of the transaction row to expand the ellipsis. Note: The ellipsis will only be expandable on transactions that used a card for payment (i.e., not for Credit transactions).

- Update Card: Click on "Update Card".

- Enter New Card Details: Enter the required payment card information and click "Update".

- Confirmation: The new payment card information has been updated.
Option B: Update Card Details via Financial Transactions
- Navigate to Reports: From the Side Navigation Bar, click on "Reports".

- Choose Financial Transactions: From the Reports dropdown, click on "Financial Transactions".

- Locate Player's Financial Transactions: Use the Search Bar, Filters and Sorting options to find the player's name and locate a transaction for the player's payment card that you need to update. You can sort by Transaction ID, Team Name, Player Name, Date/Time of Transaction, Payment Type, Card Holder Name, Card Number or Amount.

- Expand Financial Transaction: Once you've located the player's name for the card you wish to update, click on the three-dot ellipsis at the end of that row. Note: This option is only available for payment transactions (e.g., Installment or All Upfront transactions) and not for credit transactions.

- Choose Update Card: From the ellipsis dropdown, click on "Update Card".

- Update Card Details: Enter new payment information in required boxes.

- Save Changes: Once you've entered and double checked the card details, click "Update".

- Confirmation: The new payment card has been successfully updated and saved.
