How to Unarchive and Activate a Payment Plan
- Navigate to Payment Plans: From the Side Navigation Bar, click on "Payment Plans".
- Choose Archived Payment Plans: Click on the "Archived Payment Plans" tab.
- Locate Payment Plan: Locate the plan you wish to unarchive and click on the three-dot ellipses at the far right end of the row.
- Activate Payment Plan: From the expanded ellipses, click on "Activate".
- Confirmation: The payment plan has been unarchived and can now be found under the "Active Payment Plans" tab.
