Why does a credit transaction appear in all seasons for a player?

Question:

Player A is registered for multiple seasons. Credit was applied during one season, but the credit transaction shows up under all seasons linked to the player. Why is that?

Answer:

Credit is player-based, not season-specific. This means that when credit is applied to a player’s account, the transaction will appear under all seasons where that player is registered.

However, this does not mean the credit was used in every season. Here’s how it works:

  • If there’s a remaining credit balance, it may be used for future charges in other seasons.
  • If the credit is fully used, any remaining charges will be paid by credit card (assuming 'card' is selected as the payment method).

In the parent portal:

Parents will not see a separate line item for the credit. Instead, they'll notice that the total amount due for future installments is reduced, reflecting the credit applied.
