Why is a player still marked as "Invited" even after creating and marking a custom plan as paid?

Question:

A custom payment plan (e.g., card, check, or cash) was created for a player and marked as paid, but the player's status is still showing as "Invited." Why?

Answer:

Marking a custom payment plan as paid does not automatically complete the player's registration.

The player must still complete registration using the registration link provided. Only then will the status change from “Invited” to “Registration Complete.”

Important note:

If payment has already been marked as paid before the player registers, they will not be charged again.

However, this could lead to duplicate ELA (Electronic Legal Agreements) entries in the player’s account.

Suggested Enhancement:

To avoid duplicate ELAs, we recommend adding an option in the player’s menu that allows admins to manually mark a player as “Registration Complete,” provided the initial deposit has already been received.
