How to Reattempt a Payment Transaction
- Navigate to Players: From the Side Navigation Bar, click on "Players".
- Select a Player: Click on the player's name to open up their Player Profile. Use the Search Bar if needed.
- Open Transactions: In the Player Profile, click on the "Transactions" tab.
- Expand Transactions: Locate a "Failed Transaction" line item and click on the three dots at the end of the transaction row to expand the ellipsis.
- Reattempt Charge: From the ellipsis dropdown menu, select "Reattempt".
- Proceed with Payment: If card information is correct, click "Pay".
Confirmation: The transaction has been reattempted. You will see an alert in real time as to whether the transaction was completed or failed. NOTE: If the transaction fails, you may need to contact the card owner to confirm payment details and/or update the account with a new card. 7A. Update Card: Click on the "Update Card" option under the transactions ellipsis dropdown step.
7B. Edit Card Details: Click on the "Edit Card Details" option. Enter the new payment information and select the "Pay" button. Note: You may save and overwrite existing card details by checking the unmarked box.
Option B: Reattempt Payment Transaction via Financial Transactions
- Navigate to Reports: From the Side Navigation Bar, click on "Reports".
- Select Financial Transactions: From the menu, click on "Financial Transactions".
- Locate the Failed Transaction: Use the Search Bar, Filters and Sorting options to find the player's name and locate the failed transaction you are attempting to reprocess. Once you've located the failed transaction, click on the three-dot ellipsis at the end of that row.
- Reattempt Payment: From the dropdown, click on "Reattempt".
- Proceed with Payment: If card information is correct, click "Pay".
- Confirmation: The transaction has been reattempted. You will see an alert in real time as to whether the transaction was completed or failed. Note: If you need to change or update the card payment, please see Steps 7, 7A and 7B above.
